Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A free trial, no credit card required. There are no automatic charges: after the trial you'll receive an invoice and pay only if you choose to continue.
Which plans include LINE notifications and automatic slip verification?
Both are included on Standard and Pro. Bookings are confirmed automatically the moment a payment slip is verified, and customers get booking updates in LINE. Basic uses manual slip review with on-screen confirmation. Fair-use limits apply and are sized to suit a typical venue.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime, and there's no charge to switch. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing date; until then your current plan and its limits stay the same. Nothing is due today, and your next invoice reflects the new plan. You can cancel a scheduled switch any time before it takes effect.
How do I pay?
Your subscription is billed through a third-party payment processor. You'll receive a processor-hosted invoice and can pay with PromptPay or credit/debit card. Space Salmon Co., Ltd. is not currently VAT-registered, so we don't issue ใบกำกับภาษี (VAT tax invoices). If you need a non-VAT receipt (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน), email hello@mewnam.com with your venue name and the invoice reference, and we'll issue one within 7 business days.
Can I cancel? Are refunds available?
Yes. Cancel any time from the Admin Console or by emailing hello@mewnam.com. Your service continues through the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. All sales are final: paid monthly cycles are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Can I bring my existing bookings over?
Yes. You can enter your bookings yourself, or tell us what you have (a spreadsheet, another system, or a paper book) and our team will help you get set up.
